The Nigerian Communications Commission,the Chief Regulator of the Nigerian telecom industry has formally accepted its nomination as the first winner of the 1st CKN Nigeria Social Media Award in the Government Agency Category for 2012.In a letter sent to CKN Nigeria and signed by the Director,Public Affairs of the Commission ,Mr Tony Ojobo..the organization thanked CKN Nigeria for the award pledging that it will spur the agency into greater challenges.The award was instituted to reward and encourage good best practice in the Nigerian .NCC beat other government agencies like the NYSC,NEMA.NNPC,FIRS,FRSC to win the award for the first time through a voting pattern on our website, Facebook,twitter and blackberry portal..Over 200,000 votes were received..CKN Nigeria
