Team CKN Nigeria Donates N150,000 To Baby Shot By Robbers In Lagos

CKN Nigeria readers have collectively donated a sum of N150,000 towards the operation of the one year old boy Taiwo Lawal who was shot by armed robbers in Lagos. The boy whose unfortunate incident was carried by The Punch caught the sympathy of our readers who immediately mobilized their donations.

The N150,000 raised was paid into his mother’s account at GTB Aminu Kano Wuse 2 Abuja branch today friday 14th September 2012 with teller number GTB 2436616.

An elated Editor In Chief of CKN Nigeria, Chris Kehinde Nwandu thanked all those that answered the clarion call, praying God to replenish the pockets of the givers..

It was also reported today that a telecom company has also donated N500,000 towards same operations.

It will be recalled that CKN Nigeria through the CKN Foundation has assisted some Nigerians in urgent need of medical attention to raise funds.

This is the sixth they are performing this year as part of its Corporate Social responsibilities..
