President Goodluck Jonathan today appointed Dr Doyin Okupe,a medical doctor and former spokesman to former President Olusegun Obasanjo as its new Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs.This is coming on the heels of various criticism on the handling of the information of the Presidency by his Media Special Adviser ,Dr Reuben Abati. He should have asked OBJ how he fared with Okupe before the appointment; he may not end up solving his 'proactive' malaise.
ReplyDeleteHe is experienced and thats just what the president needs. He did very well for Obasanjo during his tenure. He was the NRC party spokes person and d party was well represented. No doubt he is the best hand the president needs at this critical time.
