Since leaving President Olusegun Obasanjo’s government
as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory,Mallam Nasir El Rufai, a chieftain
of the CPC has remained a critic of the Goodluck Jonathan’s government.
He has also found himself a social crusader of sort and
an agent of anti corruption. Most people have suddenly forgotten how Mallam El
Rufai sent several people to their early graves through his Abuja master plan
redemption which led to the demolition of several houses in the FCT and environ.
His bulldozers were rolling on streets like armoured
tankers pulling down buildings at will even when court orders restrained him
from doing so in some instances.
Some houses were also acquired and given out to friends
and relatives as was revealed by the Senate adhoc committee that probed his
tenure as the minister of the FCT.
Mallam Nasir El Rufia who went on self imposed exile
during the President Yar’Adua regime has suddenly found his voice since he came
back.
Our findings recently has shown that if anything, that
beyond such masquerading antics of Mallam El Rufai is a man who may be living beyond
his means.
An investigation carried out by CKN Nigeria has
identified a mammoth gigantic building worth close to a billion naira being
erected by him.
The mighty shopping mall which is nearing completion is
at Kado Estate beside OASIS International school opposite Donna King Bar directly
opposite 22nd Avenue is the highbrow area of the FCT.
According to investigation, the land which initially was
housing one of the biggest malls in the FCT was pulled down by him
El Rufai was said to have rolled in his bulldozers
without any warning and prior notification pulling down the marble shopping
mall to rubbles under the pretence that it was sitting on water way.
Before leaving office, our Investigation revealed that
Mallam Nasir El Rufai reallocated same to land to himself and now erecting a gigantic
building of his own which is nearing completion.
The question on every one’s lips is what moral right
does Mallam El Rufai have to erect such a building after pulling down an
original one belonging to someone else.
Also, where did Mallam El Rufai get the money to embark
on such mighty infrastructure which we heard is one out of the severals
scattered around Abuja.
Our attempt to reach the former minister to state his
own side of the story was not successful.
We couldn’t also speak to those close to him to confirm
or deny the story..When we do, we ll publish same.
Meanwhile, these are the pictures of the building in
question…CKN
THERE ARE MORE OF IT IN DUBAI,UK AND SOUTH AFRICA.ONLY TIME WILL TELL WHERE HIS CRITICS WILL TAKE HIM...
