The Senate president ,Senator David Mark this afternoon led other senators on a visit to the family of their slain colleague and Chairman of senate committee on Health,Senator Geyang Dantong who was killed along with a member of the Plateau State House of Assembly yesterday afternoon.On the delegation with the Senate President were senators Chris Ngige,Senator Lar and other members of the upper chamber.According to our correspondence in Jos,the Senate President who was obviously in deep shock was not able to talk to the media before he drove straight to the house of the late Senator..Details of his visit will be made public soon..CKN
