The incumbent Governor of Edo State ,Adams Oshiomole is ahead in the governorship election which held in the state today..According to our reporters spread across the three geo political zones of the State,Adams has taken a comfortable lead against his PDP opponent who lost his ward to the ACN..Also hit by the tsunami spreading across Edo State is the strong man of Edo Politics Chief Tony Anenih who also lost his ward to the ACN..While the wards results has been moved to the collation centre for final counting ,report from all parts of the state showed a relatively peaceful election with pockets of mal-practices recorded in some places..Electoral materials also arrived some areas late while some electorates couldn't find their names in the voters register making them ineligible to vote..The full result won't be ready till mid day tomorrow..While Governor Oshiomole condemned the performance of INEC,his PDP opponent was full of praise for the electoral body.The turnout was above average
