No matter how ackward the scenerio looks, if the lady was his wife or fiancee would there be an issue? So until we know the real circumstances behind this pic its neither here nor there! Also consider that the part of the hand touching the 'breast' is dull including that portion of the breast. Whosoever is behind this should stop because if this officer is sacked, God will punish him till the seventh generations.

The fact that this picture was edited does not change the fact that he was caught on camera in a compromising position,"in his uniform".
Thank God the police did not deny that he it's an officer of theirs, a senior one at that.
The police just did something they are good at, lying.
My conclusion he really took the picture with the girl, he knows her and if hedid not touch her boobies in the picture, he certainly did off camera.
